The 3A-FS thermopile sensor is our lowest noise laser power and energy thermal sensor and has a fused silica window. It has a 9.5 mm aperture and can measure optical power from 8 µW to 3W and energy from 15 µJ to 2 J. It covers the spectral range from 190 to 2200 nm with the window installed and 2.2 to 20 µm with the window removed.
