The PE9-ES-C pyroelectric energy sensor is designed for very low energies with an 8 mm aperture. It can measure energies from 0.1 uJ up to 200 uJ. It can operate at repetition rates up to 25 kHz and covers the spectral range from 0.15 to 12 µm.
• High rep rate metallic absorber with a 0.15-12 µm spectral range
• 0.1 to 200 μJ pulse energy measurement range
• 20 μs maximum pulse width
• Repetition rates up to 25,000 Hz
• The PE9-ES-C sensor is not under ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accreditation
